Who is ISG and why should you select them to help meet the objectives you have identified? Teresa McCarthy, AICI FLC Teresa McCarthy, of Image Solutions Group, is an experienced speaker and presenter who has conducted workshops and training at several levels for community, school, and corporate groups. Her specialty area is in teaching the human side of business, focusing on the power of the individual to improve as a person, as an employee, and as a businessperson. She has a full course in fashion modeling, is a member of Image Consultants International and is a member of Toastmasters International, having achieved the designations of CTM (Competent Toastmaster), and CL (Competent Leader). Image Solutions Group was founded in 2001 and Teresa is a Managing Partner. She is a Certified Image Consultant, having completed courses for certification in Advanced Image, Colour Analysis, and Makeup. She is also a Director of Canadian Operations for the revolutionary new *Fashion Fit Formula, as well as a regular contributor to the award winning magazine Fifty-Five Plus* whose readership really starts at 45. Teresa has always been active in community, school, church, and charitable activities. She and her partner have taken special pleasure in using their business as a vehicle for fundraising for charitable causes and in doing seminars for students hoping to obtain their first job and needing to make that first great impression. She has also presented seminars for junior high school students helping them sharpen their awareness in life issues and the consequences of not knowing. Terry Lee McCarthy Terry Lee is a founding partner in Image Solutions Group who brings to her clients enthusiasm, training and certification in Advanced Image Consultation, Colour Analysis, Makeup Artistry. She is also a Director of Canadian Operations for the *Fashion Fit Formula*. A fluently bilingual mother of two young boys, William and Simon, Terry Lee, her husband Pierre, and their boys, call Kanata home. Like her partner, Terry Lee’s specialty in the field of Personal Development is in teaching the human side of business, focusing on the power of the individual to improve as a person, as an employee, and as a businessperson. Terry Lee has been engaged in the field of teaching personal development at both the individual and group levels for over ten years. She maintains an ongoing program of self-development through business conferences, associations, and courses in her current field, so as to constantly upgrade her skills, knowledge, and competence. She also received her CTM and CL designations with Toastmasters International. She considers herself a work in progress, giving hope to all those ladies who think they are perfect just the way they are. She knows a tweak here and there really doesn’t hurt. It makes us that much more “attractive,” and isn’t that what we are all trying to be — like a magnet right side up, drawing in all the good stuff: love, friendships, contacts, jobs, money, the world? “If it is to be, it is up to me.”
